Cale has been a Research Consultant since 1996 and has managed over 1000 projects since starting Discovery Research in 1998. He is responsible for all aspects of research including:

• Project Management
• In-depth data analysis
• Customer satisfaction indices
• Customer brand maps
• Multi-variate analysis output
• Graphs and charts
• Report Production

Cale's background includes a degree in Marketing from Simon Fraser University.

More recently, Cale has worked as a research analyst for organizations such as:

• FortisBC
• BC Parks and Recreation Association
• VIA Rail Canada
• Delta Hotels
• Several Cities, Municipalities and Regional Districts

Cale enjoys camping, running marathons and raising his three children in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.

Since joining Discovery Research in 2022, Brittany has taken the lead on some of our larger projects, bringing strong leadership, organization, and adaptability to every challenge.

With a degree in Justice Studies and a deep understanding of human behavior and psychology, paired with years of hands-on experience, Brittany thrives in high-pressure environments. From keeping the peace in adult correctional facilities to wrangling high-risk youth in group homes, she’s seen it all. 

Now, she channels that expertise into managing large-scale projects with precision and confidence, making her an invaluable asset to the Discovery team.
