Cale Lewis - President
Cale has been a Research Consultant since 1996 and has managed over 1000 projects since starting Discovery Research in 1998. He is responsible for all aspects of research including:
- Project Management
- In-depth data analysis
- Customer satisfaction indices
- Customer brand maps
- Multi-variate analysis output
- Graphs and charts
- Report Production
Cale's background includes a degree in Marketing from Simon Fraser University.
More recently, Cale has worked as a research analyst for organizations such as:
- FortisBC
- BC Parks and Recreation Association
- VIA Rail Canada
- Delta Hotels
- Several Cities, Municipalities and Regional Districts
Cale enjoys camping, running marathons and raising his three children in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.

Clara Burdett - Vice President
Clara has been a Research Consultant since 2015 and enjoys incorporating her passion for people and attention to detail into well-organized projects.
Clara's background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, with experience in health research and brain injury rehabilitation.
More recently, Clara has worked as a consultant for organizations such as:
- Vancouver and Calgary Airports
- Destination British Columbia
- BCLC
- Calgary Stampede
- City of Penticton
Clara enjoys training for obstacle course races, playing Scrabble, and raising her two children to be as stubborn as she is.

Brittany DeSantis - Project Manager
Say hello to Brittany, our latest secret weapon here at Discovery.
Brittany joined our team in 2022 and she has been effortlessly managing a multitude of projects with finesse and flair.
Brittany has managed many projects to date, including but not limited to:

· City of Calgary
· National Battlefields Commission
From keeping the peace in adult correctional facilities to wrangling high-risk youth in group homes, she's seen it all. And let's not forget her academic prowess – graduating top of her class in Justice & Psychology is just the cherry on top of her already impressive resume.
When Brittany isn't conquering the corporate world, you'll find her embracing the great outdoors with her son and their trusty Great Dane. Whether they're hitting the trails, casting a line, or simply lounging by the beach, Brittany knows how to blend work and play like a true pro. Well, unless she's off on one of her spontaneous globe-trotting adventures.
